Spectrum Environmental Solutions has been awarded the Medical Waste Disposal contract for Rady Children's Hospital of San Diego.  In fierce competition with several other companies, including some nationwide, Spectrums Solutions team went to work.  Led by Tim Tucker President and CEO of Spectrum, Tiffany Saxon and John Teasley put out to provide Children's with decisive solutions that effect the community globally.  "Unique ideas for unique member of our community." Welcome to Escondido! The Spectrum family is officially welcomed to Escondido by the Chamber.  A warm welcome was given to Spectrum in April.  Escondido Chamber Ambassadors led a delegation of Chamber members to welcome this new business to the area.  When asked about the event  Tim Tucker responded "We are pleased to be members of this community and appreciate the response to our business operating in the City of Escondido". 

As active members in the Chamber, Tim and Carroll are always seeking

opportunities in business development.  After enjoying several Chamber

functions, including the Economic Development Committee, Tim and

Carroll launched YUBET! A youth in business economic transition

program designed to help young adults gain experience in the work

place while maintaining a living wage.  "It is our belief that far too many

young adults are not given the opportunities to experience the workplace

and develop the necessary skills to better themselves for the future", as

CFO and Vice President of Operations Carroll has put this plan into

place.  "Tim really deserves the credit.  When we brought Amber and

Tiffany aboard our expectations were high.  These ladies are awesome!
